What Is It?
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) studied for its interaction with the GHRH receptor and downstream growth-hormone signaling.
Rather than being growth hormone itself, it interacts farther upstream in the signaling process.
Basically, it doesn’t do the job. It sends the email telling someone else to do the job.
