Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact Customer Support promptly with photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds, replacements, or credits are issued solely at the discretion of Ethos Bioscience or where required by law.
